Deep sea fishing charters

Southern Coast Charters are located in Warrnambool, Victoria in Australia. These charters offer different tours such as Whale Watching, Tuna Fishing, Reef Fishing, Diving charters as well as scenic tours to Twelve Apostles located near the Port Campbell Coastline and a trip to Lady Julia Percy Island to watch the seals.

The charters are available for a group of minimum 6 passengers and discounts are available for the groups that have more than 8 members. Southern Coast Charters carries out all its deep sea fishing expedition on jet catamaran named “Southern Venture”. This is a 42 feet vessel which has a 16 feet beam that provides the boat stability to steer smoothly through turbulent water and is fitted with mandatory safety gear needed by MSV coupled with advanced navigational equipments and built-in toilets for the guests.

Tuna or game fishing charters can be booked for 8 hours and are available from month of March right up to June. Along with all the fishing equipments, snacks, lunch and drinks are provided onboard to all the customers. This charter can be booked by both novice as well as experienced fishermen.

Whale watching season begin between June and September near the Logan’s beach where southern right whales usually rear off their calves during these seasons. The charter trip takes the tourists towards Childer’s cove where they can sight marine life and also get a view of coastal scenery. The whale watching trip is usually held from 10:30 AM to 12 PM.

Besides deep sea fishing charters are available all year long. Electric reels are provided to the tourists to make the fishing easier.
